Planning a BP in Vegas, anybody have experience planning one?

Dude is getting married in 3 months, I'm the best man so I'm trying to get a BP set up for him in Vegas. What are the rules for who to invite, what is allowed without getting into too much trouble, cost per person, etc? He has already said no dance clubs (sick of the club scene), but other types of clubs are okay *wink wink*

If anybody has had experience planning one help a brother out!

1. Gather all the money planned for this event. From you, Friends #1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, etc.
2. Should all be cash, in your hand (you are the planner, right?)
3. Take half that money and set it on fire. Lick the ashes off the table just so you can feel what wasted money tastes like
4. Have a nice party for him at a LOCAL hotel; get the stripper, the tranny, the pretty girl who gives head, the drugs, whatever

Vegas is overrated and they'll see you coming from a mile away. "They" meaning EVERYONE. Like EVERYONE from the cabbie at the airport to the hotel clerk to the pizza delivery guy to the hooker you thought, would've SWORN was a chick to the hooker showing up at 6:00AM to "make this a night to remember" for your buddy.

Spend half the money and do it all locally...two towns over or wherever, but not Vegas.
