Ive got a sanyo SCP-8400...Im totally new to this BT thing, how do I know if this will work with my phone (and all of its features)? And how is this set? Again I dont know anything, what should I be looking for? Is this that much better than less expensive units?

Im guessing this thing is rechargeable? If so does it come with everything it needs? Ive just started looking into this BT stuff, and if this is a nice deal I think Ill just jump in and learn hands on (or off in this case :roll: lol)

It should work with your phone. The accessories page at Sprint lists several Plantronics BT headsets for the 8400.

As for your other questions, yes it is rechargeable, and comes with a wall adapter for charging. Also, it comes with three different sized/shaped ear buds so you can use what's most comfortable.

I preferr the .Audio 370, much better sound and you don't have the USB (soundcard) slowing your computer down by hogging CPU cycles. But this still a nice deal if you have been looking for a USB headset.

Can you explain what you mean by a USB headset? I have owned this Model 510 for some 6 months now, and have not seen how it can interface as an USB headset, since it only has Bluetooth communications capabilities. Unless you are using a USB/Bluetooth adapter.

Are you thinking about anoterh Plantronics headset ?

Yeah, .01% of your CPU power being "hogged" BY USB is so horrible...

Not to mention that these headsets are more for your mobile. Well, I suppose you could walk around with your bigarsed cans, but then you'd probably be laughed at.

Um, you should read the original post again. It's a BT headset -- not USB. No concern over USB or CPU cycles here...
