1- Do you use Photoshop CS6 or some older version? What video editing applications are you using?
2- If you're ordering online, please link to the shops you're planning to use.
4- OK. If budget is not an issue, you should get an i7 or a Xeon equivalent. Regarding the GPU, you don't need 2GB of VRAM for anything, what matters is the card's compute performance.
5- are you sure your monitor is 19" 1080p? Very few 19" monitors are 1080p.

You missed the overclocking question, I suppose you're not going to overclock. You also missed the question about when you plan to build it, please answer that one.

But we can give you a rough outline to aim for based on online prices:

i7-3770 18444 Rs
B75 motherboard 4205 Rs
2x8GB DDR3 5264 Rs
1TB hard drive 4225 Rs
Basic 120GB SSD 6343 Rs
DVD burner 1053 Rs
Seasonic or Corsair 400W PSU 2734 Rs
Basic case 2131 Rs
Dell U2312HM LED IPS 16275 Rs

60674 Rs

As you can see, emphasis here is on CPU performance, RAM amount, disk performance and monitor quality. These are the most important things for photo and video editing. The rest of the components are just the bare essentials, and gaming performance is pretty much nonexistent. The PSU can handle a graphics card with a 6-pin power cable requirement.

I'm not sure discrete graphics is worth it on this budget... it could be, but only some plug-ins or effects are GPU accelerated in Photoshop CS5, and I'm not sure about the extent to which PowerDirector is GPU accelerated.

If you wanted to stay in budget you'd have to downgrade to an i5 and probably forget about the SSD or get a cheaper monitor. You probably shouldn't go any higher than a GTX 650

I think you benefit more from B75 + i7-3770 than Z77 + 3570K. Overclocking would also require you to pay for additional cooling. And you wouldn't be able to fit 3570K + Z77 in the budget along with a graphics card unless you sacrificed other parts.

Here's a GPU accelerated config:

i5-3470 11638 Rs
Geforce GTX 650 7881 Rs

= 61759 Rs. Everything else the same.

But again I'm not sure which is more useful to you, GPU acceleration or the extra threads of the i7. I'd probably get the i7 because it's easy to add a graphics card later.

Why would you come in here if you already knew exactly what you wanted? Also, please take the time to at least spell out the words properly.

The problem is that the i7 will make the computer much better for editing than the 650 would. Photoshop CS5 itself can't even make use of the 650; only some plugins. On the other hand, the extra threads of an i7 will always help.

You're obviously not terribly interested in getting advice when every time somebody suggests something, you shoot it down with no explanation as to your reasoning.

Photoshop CS5 doesn't take advantage of real GPU compute acceleration (I'm not talking about simple OpenGL calls to draw layers) until CS6. So the GTX 650 isn't doing anything for you. The i7 will however have a measurable impact on your Photoshop performance.

Lehtv already suggested one in post 7 from Gigabyte. You'll be able to play flash games and some very light games (League of Legends, for example) at low to medium.

It is pretty much impossible to get a consistent 30 frames per second on Crysis, Crysis Warhead, or Crysis 3 with your budget AND do photo editing well.

You'd need around a GTX 660 or an HD 7850 to get 25 minimum/35 average frames per second. That still basically looks like a slideshow. Those are around 12000 INR. I'd recommend the 660 since it's primarily a photo editing build (or at least, that's the impression you give).

Good framerates come primarily from the graphics card, and secondarily from the CPU. Basically all LGA1155 motherboards support all LGA1155 CPUs, so the motherboard doesn't really matter.

As SF said you're going to have a hard time playing Crysis type games while getting decent editing performance on your budget. As long as editing is still the priority, I'd recommend getting the GTX 650 build, it's the best of both worlds; you'll be able to play Crysis on low settings.

Call of Duty MW series will be much easier to run, while Black Ops 2 is more demanding.

Aha! Now the hidden requirement comes out. It would have been much simpler for everybody if you had just told us the whole story from the beginning.

As SF and lehtv pointed out, getting a build that will do video editing and high resolution gaming well is very difficult on your budget. You have to decide which is more important to you. If gaming is more important, get an i3 3220 and a GTX 660. If video editing is more important, get an i7 3770 and use the IGP.
