Please critique this 4K/Oculus build

I'm currently gaming on an i5-2500k with GTX 770 2GB using my new Sceptre Pro 40" 4K monitor, which rocks. I also just preordered the Oculus Rift, which I will probably only use for racing and flight sim games with my Volair Sim rig. Pushing 8 million pixels really kicks the 770's ass so I decided it was time to ante up for the big boy. I was lucky to pick up a Gigabyte 980 Ti for $509 new a few weeks ago off Newegg. They had it on sale for $599 - 10% code, then I sold my Tomb Raider code for $30 to net a final price of $509. I was going to just reuse my i5-2500k in my trusty, 10 year old Antec P180 case but said screw it, I'm going all new. I can sell the P180 with the 2500k and recoup a couple hundred bucks so why not. I've also been slowing buying nice pieces that were great deals. Here's what I currently have:

Monitor: Seiki Pro SM40UNP 40.0-Inch 4K LED-Lit Monitor ($448 Newegg 12/2015)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA8RW34J5238

Case: Fractal Design R5 (Got it for $80 from Newegg 2 weeks ago)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811352048

GPU: GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 980Ti 6GB WINDFORCE 3X OC EDITION ($509 Newegg)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125803

SSD - SanDisk Ultra II 2.5" 480GB SATA ($130 9/2015)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820173012

PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 650W Platinum ($70 AR 9/2015)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438055

As far as what I still need to purchase, I need a CPU, MOBO, CPU cooler and RAM. I'm 99% set on the following CPU+MOBO combo from Micro Center for $465 ($500 w/ tax). Any opinions on this? This system will be used primarily for gaming and I hope to keep it for 3-5 years. I've been lately shooting 4K video with a DJI Phantom 3 Pro and may get a 4K camcorder soon and would like to do some editing, so I think the 6-cores will come in handy. I will definitely be overclocking this:

MOBO: ASRock X99 Extreme4 (Will be $145 AR and $20 off from Microcenter)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157543

CPU: Intel Core i7-5820k (Will be $320 from Microcenter)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117402&cm_re=5820k-_-19-117-402-_-Product

Another thing I'm uncertain of is which set of RAM to get and which CPU cooler to get. I currently have a Corsair H50 on my 2500k, which has been working wonderfully for the last 5 years. After doing a bunch of research I think I've picked out the CPU cooler:

CORSAIR Hydro Series H105 ($94 AR)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181060&ignorebbr=1

I'd contemplated if I really wanted to drop $100 on a CPU cooler but it is a 6-core and can pull some juice so I think the 240mm of radiator will help. I like this also, instead of a tower air cooler, as the dual 120mm fans will also help with case airflow.

Now, for the RAM. I'm currently using 8GB and I don't think I've ever needed more than 6GB, with tons of Chrome tabs open, Office apps etc. I think I want to go quad channel, just because I can, and am teeter tottering between going 4x4GB or 4x8GB. I don't think I'll ever get super serious with video editing, but I will be editing 4K video so I am leaning towards the 32GB. I'm in the dark with which set to get so I'm asking you guys for opinions on a great set of RAM, that's not astronomical in price, that will allow me to get the most out of the 5820k. Maybe something like 2 sets of these?

If I went with 2 sets of those that would bring my total PC build to $1484 + $35 tax. That's excluding the 4K monitor and Oculus. I think that's pretty nice for a 5820k + 980 Ti build.

Thanks for taking the time to read this and thanks in advance for any insight. I really appreciate it!

You can probably do a little better on the mobo. Like you said overclocked that chip can pull a lot of juice. PSU is probably sufficient, barely.

My problem with the motherboard selection is it seems like most of the X99 boards get pretty crummy reviews. If you sort them on Newegg, by highest rating, that ASRock is the highest rated X99 board they sell. What's a big plus is Microcenter stocks it, and it will end up being about $25 cheaper even with tax, buying it from them. I do plan on overclocking it but not to the max. I would be happy with a healthy 4.3-4.4 ghz., which will increase the power usage but it shouldn't approach 600w, even with the 980 Ti overclocked. When I bought that power supply I wasn't thinking of going 980 Ti and 6-core, but you know, things change!

This is with a stock 3770k. I'd imagine my 5820k, overclocked, would only pull 150w more, max:

Any recommendations on which set of RAM to get?

I prefer 1.2V RAM kits myself. Edit: And AnandTech recommends getting sets of however many channels you have, so they've been tested together.
