lol. It was easy to ignore dents and dings in my truck. But on a brand new car, it's impossible. Granted the car isn't brand new anymore, but still.
Speaking of dents and dings on my truck, that reminds me of a funny story. The day Liz and I were married, I drove from central Texas to the coast, where I lived--it was about a 3 hour trip. After the wedding and everything, we were tired like crazy, so we went to sleep when we got home. *ahem*
The next morning, I wake up a married man, laying alone in my bed. I try looking for Liz, but I can't find her anywhere in the house. I am really wondering where she is at this point, when I walk outside, and I see her cleaning off the writing on the truck--using a greeny weeny (green brillo pad). She was scrubbing away at both the writing and the clear coat on the truck evidently. I rinsed off a spot where she had been working, and there were circular marks in the paint. LOL. At that point, the damage was done, so I grabbed another one, and went to work on the other side. It's a truck--they don't have to be perdy.
