Was given Motrin 800 and Vicodin 5/500. Decided to try just the Motrin and see if that is good enough. Don't want to take Vicodin if not needed.

You had wisdom teeth removed. Bone ripped out of bone. Motrin is great for muscle pain. For NERVE or BONE pain, of which you have both, you need narcotics. That Vicodin is the strongest out there (AFAIK). Take TWO. Skip the beer. Wait 30 minutes. Make sure you put a towel on the pillow. YOu'll understand why when you wake up.

The Vicodin is only going to do anything because of the large dose of acetaminophen in it.The amount of hydrocodone in that is basically useless as a painkiller.

Next time you need help find your nearest drunk and give him a blowjob. His semen contains enough water for you to survive, plus it contains essential minerals and amino acids to speed you on your recovery. I'm no medical doctor, but I'm pretty sure you should cap your 401K contribution during the early part of your life. And, its even better if your employer matches a certain %.

Mine is 75% of up to 5% of what I put in. It's not great, but it's still free money.
