EDIT - Nothing in chkdsk, but ran MemTest86+ 4.2 and recieved an error within the first 5 minutes. Only did 3 passes.

Here is the chkdsk pic: http://pics.bbzzdd.com/users/Bustabust/Chkdsk.jpg
Here is the screenshot: http://pics.bbzzdd.com/users/Bustabust/IMAG.jpg

Keep in mind that I have 2 identical sticks (2x2g Samsung NO ECC)

4GB DDR2

Memory Speed
DDR2 667

Form Factor
DIMM 240-pin

I had been using the computer for about 10-20 minutes so I don't know if that is considered
a cold test or hot test. Test itself ran for about 3hrs 25mins for 3 passes
Why does it say the failing address is at 4659.5mb when it should end at 4096mb?
I ran the test from a USB stick that had about 590mb left on it if that helps (maybe it got calculated in or something..I dont know). Could it be possible that it is adding a pagefile or other borrowed memory from the system?? I don't really know much about this area so feel free to laugh at the last couple of questions. How likely is it that the mobo or ram sockets are messed up? I have a store bought Gateway GT5678 with everything set to stock/default the way it came. The motherboard is made by MSI I believe. Thanks in advance.

I had a BSOD popup complaining about dxgmms1.sys, but didn't get the STOP codes.
It happened again after restart and was able to get this:

and get back with you. I do appreciate any kind of help you can give and thank you.

Also, run memtest. When there are many various errors it can be a strong indicator of corrupted memory.

Either you have a bad stick of memory or it is the mother.
Try each stick on every slot and post the results.
