Personally, I always use the Iwill kk266 for overclocking. I have this board set to 146 MHZ with a AXIA 1.0 gig chip. Runs stable at core voltage and 10x multiplier. Anand reviewed this board, and gave it 9/10. It goes for about $115, or 130 w/raid on newegg.com

I have only had 1 problem with any Iwill products. This is the 6th board that I have bought from newegg. One of the boards had a loose connection where the ATX power supply wnet into the board. If you moved the cable, It would restart, or start itself. It is in RMA status at Newegg now. I have been told that I will recieve new one in 2 more days. ( 5 Days total )

This board will post at/around 161 MHZ Bus. It seems to like being "Duron'ed"

Crucial has great ddr prices recently under 85 bucks shipped for 256 megs recentely. the t-bird 1.33 can be found in many places for at or just under 200.

However, the mb poses a prob. I am still looking for a place to find an asus a7m266 for under 160 bucks shipped, but alas, these amd chipset thingys are so rare the prices are kept at a high level. Good Luck on the new system.
