You are the OP of 3 of the first 6 posts in OT.
That's like your boss asking if you're stalking him just by showing up to work on weekdays.
What a dumb fucking question.
You must be butthurt over something. Bite the pillow harder next time.

Do NOT use a backpack in a professional setting. It makes you look amateur at best. Just buy a messenger bag and you're set. I would recommend a cheaper case logic bag like this: bag
everyone says this but 90% of the senior engineers i work with all have backpacks i can only think of 2 that use a typical bag, and one of them has a backpack that he carries other stuff in, so he has both
I don't care what you use. I'm telling you what management thinks of other people who use backpacks. I can tell you from personal experience that managers, directors, VP's all look at your attire. You're attire includes the backpack or bag you use.
some of those i mentioned are managers
our department director also uses one
I use this one when I travel:

Holding up fairly well so far, moderate travel but only about 2 yrs old
I think they have them at Best Buy.... err Amazon showroom if you want to go down and check it out.

And that makes you look like a tranny.
Seriously, that couldn't look more like a purse if it tried (...harder).
Options:
1) briefcase
2) messenger bag
3) paper sack
Random google yields-

To me, those at the top strike a decent mix of 'professional' and 'does not give handjobs in public bathrooms.'

Oh my point was moreso about not wearing backpacks when you want to look professional, rather than that specific coach briefcase. I do leather messenger bags myself.
Another weird troll characteristic. First the "stalking" allegations, then assuming people really care enought to be "butthurt"..
Reminds me of that Tiger/Lion guy, can't remember his name. He stuck to one thread though thank Hume.

Ha! I was thinking the exact same thing when I read that.Clearly paragons of professional etiquette...
Have you ever seen a backpack in a board meeting?
You don't care...
The Goruck Challenge, which grew out of former Green Beret Jason McCarthy's desire to market a military-grade rucksack, will be coming to Baltimore next weekend for the second straight year. It is the second stop in 2012 on what has become a 70-event tour in the United States and Canada and a seven-event tour overseas.
With most of the participants wearing one of McCarthy's $300 rucksacks filled with bricks, the challenge lasts between eight and 10 hours, with participants covering 15 to 20 miles and performing tasks that involve carrying heavy objects — including one another — that have some connection to the city where the event is being held.
Instead of replying to me, why not reply to the answers people are giving you? Or is this just another BS thread?
Keep it on topic.
