Please recommend a good burn in software

What's a good a burn in software to test system stability? Is it safe?

I found that using Quake3 (demo or retail) works well.

Join a large open level, q3dm17 is good.. set 0 time limit and 0 fraglimit.
become a spectator, and then add a large amount of bots. Enough where it runs somewhat choppy while watching from above (enough to stress the system) and let it run for 24hours.

You can get a Burn in Test from passmark

I run 3dmark 2001 also. I leave winamp going for good measure .

Okay but if Quake or 3Dmark crashes, how are you going to be sure what caused the crash? Don't tell me you all have freaky computer psychic powers or something
