Red Belt
That's the movie where someone gets knocked out from an arm-bar.

Well if you are talking great karate flicks, you are talking shaw brothers films. But the best of the best has got to be The Kid with the Golden Arm. Golden Arm is bad bad motherfracker, lol. The fight scenes are truly among the best. You can watch the whole film on the tube. I won't post a link to it though. But its there. The Chee Saw Gang, 4 Chiefs . You gotta check it out
Cool, thanks. Been wanting to see an old Shaw Brothers movie after seeing Gallants last month. I added this to my queue and they seem to have it handy, so hopefully I'll get it soon.

Ip Man (a.k.a Yip Man) is one of the best Martial Arts movies I've seen in the last 15-20 years. Haven't seen the sequel yet though.

Half of the cheesey Hogn Kong MA movies are SB movies. Five Venoms and Crippled Avengers are both SB movies. SB is to gung fu what Hammer is to horror. ...and Golden Arm is another guilty pleasure for sure. ...oh, and they all have the same actors. SB flicks are like the same thing over and over again. ...which is awesome.
Yeah, when I saw Gallants the director was there and he mentioned how all of the main actors in the film were from the old Shaw Brothers films (they were obviously quite old in Gallants) and it made me want to search out some of those films. I had no idea where to start though, so this all helps quite a bit.
