Is the NH-U9S going to be a good match for the 9900?
Are those four case fans the right pick?

I also might change the GPU part.

Define R6 is compatible with U12S or U12A. While U9S is quite capable of handling 9900, few more quid will give you more silent, and probably higher all-cores turbo freq. as well.

edit: right now (Nov,24th 2019 0300UTC) U9S and U12S are costed the same on Amazon.

is actually $3 cheaper for me.
