Epox 8kta3 Pro, 1GHz @ 1.4GHz (148x9.5), 22.80 drivers. Stock video card cooling.

Gainward GF3 Ti200 Golden Sample ($175 shipped Newegg)
(have now tested 3 of these Gainward cards, and all did same or better)
230/510 = 6990
240/520 = 7047
250/530 = 7200
260/540 = 7298
270/550 = lock
260/560 = 7305
262/561 = 7349 (stable max)
((1.4GHz@1554 (148x10.5) 262/561 = 7558 stable max))

Visiontek GF3 Ti200 week 44 ($168 shipped BestBuys.com sale)
220/530 = 6872
225/530 = 6952
230/530 = 6991 (stable max)
235/535 = 7063 (or lock depending on luck, but I had to break 7k)

Overall, Gainward looks to be much better built, with much better fan and heatsinks.

Amazing you got those gainwards that high! I usually see the Gainwards hitting 240/520 max! From my research, any 4 NS memory modules are good - Etrontech 4.0 NS on gainwards, asus, and leadteks, Hynix 4.0 NS on visionteks, PNY's, possibly MSI's, Creatives, Hercules, and possibly more. The Etrontech ones usually hit 520 to 560, in most cases 530. The Hynix ones usually hit 500 to 580, in most cases 500 and 530. The best oc cards i seen are:
EVGA ti200 E1 ( even though it can't hit 600, it surely hits 520 or 530 at least)
Gainward GF3 ti450 GS (not sure about the non GS)
Visiontek GF3ti200 model 4401
PNY GF3 ti200 latest revision
MSI ti200 (possibly the later revisions)
Hercules ti200
Asus ti200
Inno3d ? Palit Daytona ? Abit ?

Maybe you guys can help me finish this list by posting your results, thus i can get an average oc info on all the ti200s, the ones i need more info on are PNY's, MSI's, Abit's, Inno3d's, PalitDaytona's, Non Golden sample Gainwards, and if any others.

The ones that sucked at OC were:
Early revisions of Visionteks, Gainwards with 4.5 NS, any ti200 card with 5 NS memory Period, and i geuss EVGA if u wanted 600 mhz.

ANy Gf3 ti200 with 4 ns memory can oc at least 500mhz. But it depends on the core. Does ne one know if after 220 mhz core, will the extra core mhz matter or be limited with a 530 to 550 mhz mem.

visiontek ti 200

rock solid at 240/540..

i have retail celeron 633 intel heatsink & fan on it.

i think i can push core further but the ram sinks are getting pretty hot ....
im still testing for that sweet spot, most likely will be around 250/530 at the end.

PNY -> 240/550
Bios Version 3.20.00.18.19 dated 11/29/01
Says MS-8851 on the board and in the bios which makes it a MSI board. I think it's week 45 made then flashed a couple weeks later. It has 0145 near the bottom right corner which I'm assuming means week 45.

Also the heatsink and fan on this board is the same exact one on the Asus Geforce 3's as posted in this pic except mine is aluminum color.

Athlon XP 1500+/ 512mb PC2400 DDR , Soyo Dragon+ (default clock)

Gainward Ti200 GS w/ 23.11 drivers - 232/533 = 7780 3dmarks

I just put this system together today, and I haven't tried going any higher, but it's stable w/o artifacts at that speed.

I can't wait to bump up the FSB on the m/b and see what the core/mem limit is on the Gainward...

PNY GF3 Ti200, got it up to 260/565 backed if off to 255/560. Locks up at 260 and starts artifacting at 270, 4ns mem, week 0145, says MSI 8851 rev 1.30 on the board. $159.00 from newegg.com

Can't tell the memory brand. Not going to pry off the mem sinks and void that life time warranty.

3Dmark2001 using 2250 drivers- 7746

I'm running a athlonxp 1600 @ 146fsb, winxp pro, detonator 23.11's, 256mb aperture, 4x mode, agp fast write off, only powerstrip to oc (230c/460m) on a Visiontek ti200 (one that can't do above 460 memory) and I pull 7448 @ default 3dmark2001 settings (1024x768x32)

heh, guess I should be happy, but i want 8000

Three cards I've used:
VisionTek 245/521
eVGA w/3.3ns memory 220/465 (yes, 465.. so much for 3.3ns..)
Gainward Golden Sample 240/545 (might need to play with this one a bit more, but that seems rock solid -- each goes higher by themselves, but together I need to backoff each a little).

Dang, looks like the Pny cards from newegg and Gainward GS cards kick ass. Vteks are very good too only if u got the week 4401 or something.

I've got a Gainward Ti450 running at 255/530 currently. I have an Aqua cooler on the GPU and have tried going to 260 core, but got some artifacts in 3Dmark2001. I can push the memory to 550 but I want it stable so I chose 530 for now. Maybe if I get some radical cooling for the memory I'll go more.

I am using the Leadtek GeForce 3 Ti 200 TDH with 4ns memory (Etrontech?). So far, I have managed to run the card stable at 245/550. Looped 3DMark2001 for hours without any problems.

finally got 3dmark2001

oc my visiontek to 240/500 so far but i only get 4700 or so
i have a thunderbird 1ghz oc to 1.1 by increasing the fsb to 110 and i run my memory asynchronysly at cas2-2-2 at 146mhz
i wonder why my score is so low?
any thoughts?
are there any settings that should or should not be on in the bios or the driver to make my card run faster
none the less im pretty happy for 99 bucks

no vsync
no fsaa
that score might be high... all depends on how high of a rez you selected

and a BUMP since i want to know more clock rates for the T200s
