Are you looking for an ATX size or mATX size? Do you already own DDR2 sticks, or plan to purchase memory sticks as well?
I don't see anything wrong with the ASUS board. I'd suggest, however, you look for an updated version with 785G chipset. It may have better out-of-the-box support with newer CPUs and has better on-board GPU performance for not much more. Make sure to double-check which memory standard is being supported. Some 785G boards are DDR2 and some are DDR3.
