This is the last time I ever shop at Best Buy, listen to my tale of woe.
Ok so I order 3 of these sticks right not looking at the rebate form, so I dont realize you can only get the rebate for one.
Right so place order, goes through fine, then I look at the rebate form and realize you can only get the rebate for 1.
I scramble to the order page and look for a cancel button like most decent online retailers have, none at
www.bestbuy.com.
So I call them up on the phone, and it doesnt even cross my mind that there could be a problem, its Sunday, no packages go out right.
Well I talk to the Rep on the phone give her the order number to cancel, and she tells me its got to a certain point in the order process and she can't cancel it.
What? Its Sunday this is utterly ridiculous! It's not shipped at this point. So I call back up and give a manager a piece of my mind, like talking to a brick wall. So I'm screwed i'm getting 3 pieces and I cant cancel.
What a shaft job, I bet they say this to everyone who tries to cancel because some Accountant figured out Best Buy could make an extra $10 mil a year if they don't let people cancel.
