Received a post card from www.rebateshq.com , they say mine submission is denied !!!

We apologize for the misunderstanding, but your rebate is invalid because the store you purchased this product from does not honor this particular promotion. A postcard acknowledging your invalid reason will be mailed to you.

WTF??? Ii bought it on bestbuy.com, how can it be invalid???

anyone got this or is it just me?

Just got my rejection saying it was not ordered in the specified period. Hell, I ordered it on the 30th, but Best Buy didn't ship it until the 1st, so PNY rejected it. I even included a copy of the order confirmation showing I ordered it on the 30th. No fuuuuuucking (stupid word filters) way I'll ever order anything PNY again from anywhere.

I got my confirmation that mine was valid and that is was for $15 rather than $13.

I kinda had the same thing happened to me....here is what I did.....I went to the store to buy the ram on the second day of the sale....my local BB was already out...so got a raincheck.....picked it up earlier last week.....when I pay for it...the MIR forum printed out with it.....I went home and wasn't sure if I should send it in....called the 1-800 number on the MIR forum, and talked to BB's CSR....they had me to called PNY and see if they accept late MIR....which they said NO....so called back BB and the CSR said they will do it....so, she gave me a different address to mail my MIR to and a case number to track my rebate.....She did mention that it might not be approve, but we will see.....the new address she gave to me is in Calais, ME....which I had very good experience with it....had two rebate send to that address, and both came back within a month.....very good......
