9600GSO requires 6-pin power connector, so that may not be the best option for some people. However, the 9500GT doesn't require a 6-pin power connector and would be a better choice than a 9400GT, especially if the 9500GT was cheaper ($48).

Especially a DDR3 equipped one (like the one linked), that really narrows the gap towards being more like a 4670 - a 9400GT might be half as fast. Maybe!
