Does anyone know for certain that the rebate is valid? Just curious since it is not linked on the actual product page on newegg, which is typically the case.

I don't know why Newegg doesn't have a link to the rebate, but I downloaded the .pdf, read it completely, and it seems to be quite valid.
There's a long list of memory that PNY is offering rebates on in this MIR, the last one listed is a $60 off MIR for this PNY memory. In the terms and conditions section, the dates it's valid are 1/29/07-2/28/07, which we are still inside, and the item must be purchased from Newegg, which again is where we're talking about buying from. The product number for the memory on Newegg's web page matches exactly what is on the MIR .pdf.
So, unless there's something bizarre going on, I think it's more Newegg...or someone who works their website, missed linking the rebate .pdf to the product listing.
Seems very valid.
