Nice deal... Could someone who owns a 6800 please tell me if this card is comparable in size to a geforce 4200. I peaked into my case just now and notice that I do have room for a larger video card but not that much.

It it is a big card, think Ti4600 in size. If size is an issue, the 6600 series is much more of a friend

Theres nothing on the page that sais LE and I did a search, the model #matches the 6800 standard also does PNY even make a 6800LE? I cant find one on there site or at any other retailers . Can anyone confirm that this is a 6800nu?

PNY isn't usually very popular around here for video cards, but it's hard to justify paying $30+ more for another brand.

Is there anything wrong with getting an oem video card? I'm not sure how important the cables would be that come in retail boxes.

The link on NewEggs page to PNY says 6800 w/specifically 12 pipes. If it comes as an LE, I am sure that you will only have to pay return shipping if you call up and complain to newegg. The only thing that would come in a retail box would be DVI adapter, power cable, and an S-vid cable. I have no idea what is in this box, but if you can get along without that stuff, you will only be surprised when it comes with If it is like BFG oem, all that stuff is included but the box is just plain-jane.

What do you mean by power cable? A 4-pin molex splitter or something? I don't think video cards require a direct power cable to wall yet do they? =P

I was waiting for the Leadtek 6800's to come back in stock, but I'll probably get on this deal to save myself $30.

I meant a power splitter, many seem to come with these useless power things... if you PS only has 4 4-pin molex connectors, I don't think this is the vid card for you...
