Glad to hear you are back, but you need to get off that HD ASAP. Try running the coolbits OC utility at this point, if you need to know how to do that google is your friend I am guessing that you should get at least 375 on that core with some testing, which should be a pretty big kick in the pants at that point. I would use coolbits, run 3dMark05, if no artifacts, up the core by 10 mhz, run again, if you run into problems, start backing the core off by 5 mhz. Once you are confident in that, do the same for the memory. If you could get to 800 mhz on the ram, that is a pretty big step up, too...
