Too bad a 9600GT won't run in an ASRocks 4CoreDual mobo WITHOUT a GPU BIOS "downgrade" to PCI-E V1.0. At least I believe it wouldn't. I'd like to buy 1 of these for a buck and a quarter

on most of the other brand cards that dont have free shipping if you buy 2 you get free shipping.

i think thats the "special savings" but the pny already started with free shipping so you dont get anything.
