BestBuy in SC wouldn't price match another one in the state. I tried to get the Lexington and Harbinson ones to PM the Rock Hill store (50.99) but they were still full price at 183.99.....I even spoke with the manager who said "Freshly down from Corporate Headquarters we aren't able to price match another BestBuy only our competitors"....

That is just stupid. I'm glad I stopped going to bestbuy for my odds and ends. It's sad when an online company can provide better service than an actual face to face retail store.

yeah, i tried to price match a store that was 1.5 hours away. they told me it was a no go. i called corporate hoping to get some sort of intervention and they told me that its company policy. bah.

usually my best buy drops the price about 1-2 weeks after the first stores, so ill just try back next week. i dont need it, but its a good deal.

Did a return rebuy (credit card swap) I was going to add the 10% off coupon too, but the manager was standing right next to the CSR and only one perason in line. $36.50 + tax out the door, not bad. The CSR didn't even flinch.

Got this for the $38 from the South Downers Grove (not Lombard) store yesterday (2/28). They had a clearance sticker on it. I think I grabbed the last one but there could have been a few stuck back there I didn't stoop down to look.

One of the Best Buys by me more or less said shove it. Since they claim people still buy the card for their "clearanced" price of $113.99, they weren't lowering it. Maybe I'll try a different one since there's still 2 more in my immediate area.

That's been the consensus as of late with a few different BB's in my area....just another reason almost all of my electronics business has been online.
