I'm reporting you to the Ministry for A New America. I expect you'll be picked up soon by the authorities, so say goodbye to your family for a few months.

Don't tell anyone.. but I voted for Obama and just wanted the honor of being 're-educated'.

My favorite review on amazon is "Why buy this book here? Im sure it will be provided for free in the re-education camps. "

Product Description
This is the little blue book that has everyone twittering and blogging, essential reading as we pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off, and begin the work of remaking America. Printed in a size that easily fits into pocket or purse, the book is an anthology of quotations borrowed from Barack Obama's speeches and writings. POCKET OBAMA serves as a reminder of the amazing power of oratory and the remarkable ability of this man to move people with his words, a primer for readers who want to examine the substance of his thought and reflect on the next great chapter in the American story. His superb and captivating oratory has earned comparisons to John F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King, and this collection presents words that catapulted his remarkable rise to the American Presidency. Includes themes of democracy, politics, war, terrorism, race, community, jurisprudence, faith, personal responsibility, national identity, and above all, his hoped-for vision of a new America. Learn earnestly and diligently. It is an unofficial requirement for every citizen to own, to read, and to carry this book at all times."

And people wonder why we on the right sometimes poke fun at the "messiah".

The trolls are mad they didn't think of it first (because they Hate America) and begrudge a capitalist making $6 a pop.

Authored by the some American history outfit, some of the selected quotes of Barack Obama.

Since I am obvious illiterate, I want mine in the form of a chatty Cathy Obama doll I can carry around like a monkey on my back. Pull the cord, and get another Obama quote. And with new technologies like interchangeable flash memory cards, I can keep my monkey continuously up to date by downloading the new version off the internet.

And with Flash memory cards, I can have my Mitch McConnell, Sarah Palin, GWB, Pee Wee Herman, and Hillary Clinton versions also. Just pop in a new card and a new face plate on the doll and I can spend many many fun filled hours. And with a little luck, and an automated string puller, I can teach my parrot to talk while I sleep.

Why do people keep comparing Obama to Kennedy? Sure they both are known for giving great speeches... but the similarity ends there. When Kennedy was elected president he had served 6 years in the house of representatives, 7 years in the senate, and was a decorated World War 2 veteran.

Obama is a celebrity. The question we will find out is if a celebrity can run the country effectively.

As long as the media props him up and fawns over every word he utters. But, they will eventually turn on him as they always do. Media profits from misfortune - Obama's will be no different.

At least I expect this. If not, well then the media is too far gone and might as well just sign itself as the DNC media brigade.

Bush was a celebrity too, and he didn't do a good job. At least this time we have an extremely intelligent celebrity, if he really is a celebrity.

Are we pretending that Obama or someone in his administration are the ones responsible for that quote? Don't tell me there's nobody on the right you'd rather not be associated with

No, not at all. And there are lots on the right I prefer not to be associated with.

(1)- This is not from Obama or his administration.

(2)- This is a joke, meant to make fun of Obama and some of his more overzealous 'fans'.

No, we wonder why you are so freaking clueless and humor challenged that you would take THIS OBVIOUS JOKE seriously . . . but then you took McCain/Palin seriously, and they were an obvious joke as well.

Pocket Obama cured my insomnia!, January 26, 2009 By
Steve Sailer (Chicago) - See all my reviews (REAL NAME)

I used to be troubled by sleepless nights. But reading in bed this collection of the wisdom of President Obama -- e.g., "The true test of the American ideal is whether we're able to recognize our failings and then rise together to meet the challenges of our time. Whether we allow ourselves to be shaped by events or history, or whether we act to shape them" -- has enabled me to awake each morning refreshed and ready to serve Chairman Obama.

This Amazon "review" made me laugh.

Sadly I feel this "JOKE" is going to pushed as fact by people with a particular political ideological slant.

The reviews are the greatest. Thanks for the post!

I wonder if the book could get you to the head of the line at the unemployment office? Maybe a little extra in your check?
