I don't know why it was locked either. It's not an auction since you can contact her directly to buy it at a set price.

Ok, two concerns I've seen. I've read through many of the threads from pocketpcpassion.com which speaks of this and my impression that the seller is a male. I contacted the person who you speak of in your previous post via ebay and that email address is different from the one you posted in your thread.

Is there a way you can contact for us the seller (since you have the email) just to ask him/her whether or not "Vevine@aol.com" is legit? Or can you just post his/her official email addy from that auction site?

Your thread was most likely locked because it pointed to an Ebay sale which aren't hot deals. I'd guess this will be locked because your asking us to send email to someone to buy this item on the complete faith of your word, which as a Junior with 6 posts doesn't hold much credit.

How do we know that your not the guy at the other end of that email trolling us? The mods are most likely protecting us. BTW, I'm not calling you a troll or anything, but this isn't exactly the best way to make online transactions.

sellers Login is "Kod Mod" and does reference the box of 8 deal for 1k. shipping is 7.50. prepare for the AT affect on these me thinks. mods will lock this, unless you ask him/her to toss them in the fs/ft forum, where they will be sold out within 24hours.

I don't think the AT effect is gonna come close to what's going on over at FW. They're all over this.

just checked out the 80+ thread over there...you're right! I'm jumping on the group buy bandwagon as we speak.

I did not really link to the auction, just pointed out that she was selling the units there also. I would recommend that you contact her at the email address in the first post. I left my phone number in a message to her and she called me back. What made me trust her is that she FedEx'ed me a unit without even getting paid yet. Of course you have to make up your own mind...

Anyhow, uh, you guys should really ck. the FW thread out. It's pretty enticing! I think that I'm going to jump on it...for ~$140 man, I can dump that for something or sell it I think. Well, let's hope! Anyhow, I think it's great for my wife! She wants to use it for all sortsa Parmaceutical stuff. There are TONS of support forums around for it @ places like pocketpcpassion.com and a yahoo group and not to mention LIVE CHAT support from the manuf!

well I was the one who originally suggested a group buy and then f@twa11et fellow named cirrus picked the idea up(no references to me, but oh well), but since mods here dont like group buys, dont discuss them here. Hmmm, that's rather fishy.

I want to emphsize that I do not know ggosson nor do I know the seller. I emailed the ebay contact person who run these auctions and he/she confirmed that "Vevine@aol and myself are one and the same."

Please remember I am not advocating purchasing or not purchasing from said individual and I want to make that clear. I've read through many of the posts on the other forum and I personally feel confortable with deal. I highly recommend that you do your research as well. Do not be a lemming and don't let the greed factor get to you. $150 is a good deal IMHO, but if your spider scences start to tingle, don't go through with it. $1 lost is still a $1 lost no matter how HOT a deal seems.

Just wanting to clear the air and lay down the facts about myself. BTW, I'll be receiving the package COD per his/her suggestion, which was something I should have suggested
