Have you not read his other posts? I assure you that he does get off on it.

I honestly look like a normal guy. I was in my work clothes - Dockers Khakis and a dress shirt.

I wasn't saying anything political. The clerk at a Shoppers Food Warehouse was repeatedly rude to me. I called him a jerk. He refused to sell anything to me (apparently its legal here). I call BS. He calls police. Policewoman gets their side of the story (I was on the other side of the room) then comes over and just tells me rudely to get out. I politely argue with her telling her my side of my story. She gets hysterical and just keeps saying get out. After a minute I listen to her and leave, then she says stop, obviously fvcking with me. Knocks me to the ground from behind. I didn't know what happened I unconciously tried to get up. She pulls my hair throws me to the ground again a couple times on the concrete then handcuffs me. Takes me home in car with my car still in the lot. I say this is illegal. She says what you gonna say? A couple of girls beat you up? I say first of all I'm not gonna hit a woman second of all not a police officer.

doesnt supprise me, everyone especially police are on some kind of power trip. give anyone a little bit of power and it jus goes to their head. even the clerk....supposedly has the power to refuse sale.....so he uses it.

im glad the police and others dont act like that over here.

IIRC in his early posting days in a Rap thread he claimed to be a rich Rap producer living in the Oakland area...

I like the tazer idea! "Put the lotion in the basket! It rubs the lotion onto it's skin, it does this whenever it's told..."

Couple of things for all of you:

1. Digital photos are useless as evidence for obvious reasons, if you need credible evidence use film.
2. The store called the cops, why would they give up any security tapes to to the OP. They have a relationship w/ the local PD to consider.
3. The OP was probably being a dick, or else they wouldn't have called the cops.
4. While its not surprising that you can get a violent reaction from cops verbally, its still unwarranted violence.
5. The OP is a victim of violence, regardless of #3 above and is therefore entitled to revenge.

I would take a two pronged approach on the revenge.

For the cop:
Write letters to individuals up and down the chain of command at the PD. Remember not to sound like a dick while writing the letters. This will not be very satisfying but will probably do some harm to that officer's career. It may also help to set the stage for #3 below if you choose that option by adding to her stress level.

For the store:
This could be more satisfying. Some ideas that come to mind are:
1. planting contraband in the store and calling in an anonymous tip. By contraband I mean bunk drugs, illegal porn, or unseemly meat products (ie dog and cat carcasses).

2. Stink bomb. A ml or two of betamercaptoethanol on the floor would dampen thier food business substantially. A home-brewed concoction from steeping maggot infested roadkill in warm water could be just as bad but would require larger volumes. (You can get any liquid into a waterballoon by putting it into a beer bottle then streching the lip of an inflated (with air) balloon over the bottle opening. Turn it upside down to let the liquid into the balloon and the air into the bottle.) You might already have something suitable in the fridge! You could also use asian fish sauce (made from fermented anchovies). Wait for someone to open the door and wing your balloon in there and run.

3. A variation on #1, break a window on the car of the employee that supposedly started the conflict. Plant contraband (should be drugs) in the car in plain sight. Have your friend go into the store and tell them to call the cops because someone is vandalizing (description of car). Hopefully it will be the same cop that responds and she beats that guy too and gets fired. PM me for help with the fake drugs if you like.

As long as you aren't a Brazilian with an out of date visa running from the police into a tube station...

It always does. Do you have any idea how many people get off on technicalities? How many people escape while an arrest warrant is being issued? How many killers go unstopped because search warrants can't be obtained?

Those lives are the cost of our liberty, and freedom from police oppression.

Talk like this is only ever heard from those who have never witnessed the nasty end of the police.

In other words. . .good ordinary normal law abiding citizens.

You shouldn't count on the police helping you at all, that's my point. Once someone's been killed, the police should conduct and investigation, find a suspect, get an arrest warrant, etc. Basically, it should just be to serve. Not to protect and serve.

So you'd be perfectly fine with someone killing everyone you knew and loved, as long as the police got right on that investigation afterwards?

- M4H

I wouldn't be alright with them killing everyone. But I wouldn't blame the police for it. It's not their fault that someone decided to kill people, and it's not their responsibility to be lying in wait for when he decides to get all knife happy.

But if an officer saw your family being murdered, and could've done something about it, you'd be alright with them as long as they got 'em in the end, right?

No more than I would expect anyone else to get involved. I would be upset that he didn't intervene, just as I would be upset if any armed citizen didn't intervene. But I wouldn't blame them.

he can't intervene, he has to go back and get a warrant!

ATOT is the Passive-Aggressive capital of the world! Yes, where no one deals with problems head on like normal people, but sneaks around so there's little chance of risking actual human-to-human contact! No wonder so many members identify with Milton!

On a more pointed note, I'm sure if ANY of those stunts were to take place, the authorities would be pounding their fists on the table in frustration, trying frantically to think of WHO might have a motive to do such a thing. You win a rarely-used

OR he could suck it up and stop being a B****. He should have left the minute the store manager told him to. My god people, its not like they beat him, getting shoved to the ground and arrested does not warrant a lawsuit. Why have americans become so pathetic???

injuries include large scrapes/gashes on both knees, bruise on head, stiches on hand, and handcuff cuts.

Oh? Looking at the pictures of his injuries....oh .... wait... there are none... It was his own fault, he should have left when told. Sorry, I just have a different outlook on this situation..

go ahead and have a different opinion. it is your right to do so in this country, but don't get on your high horse and make the huge mistaken generalization that Americans are pathetic.

Absolutely false!

Yep - even film is dicey. One of my cousins is an insurance adjuster - he says they will only use polaroid.
