Umm yah. it was my friends coke, and the cop went into my car to search it *again* and he said he found something?? He didnt show me or the other cop, and never put anything on the hood of his car, or mine!! that is against policy.. HELLO?!?!
If he found coke in my car, why not show it too me?? I asked and he said no twice...

They do fight their case, and they lose IDIOT because theyre guilty hence the reason they are in jail or prison smart guy! Alot of convicts swear they didnt do it (ive already explained this in the first post) just like you are. It doesnt matter whos ****** was in the car, its your vehicle and you were driving that means its your problem. SOrry man, it sucks but thats the way it works. It doesnt matter if you DO NOT plead guilty, you can still be (and more then likely will) be convicted which means (in case you didnt know) YOUR GUILTY idiot.

And it doesnt really matter if you fight the case, you already look bad for not appearing in court, moving to another state and when you found out you had a warrant waited and waited for weeks and didnt do anything about it. Why would you do that if your so innocent? If I was wrongly accused of something, I would have been in court ASAP fighting the charge non stop, not moving out of state and just acting like it will all go away.

Im done with this lol. Have a great life, I really do hope you beat the case if your innocent like you CLAIM, but if your guily I hope you get what you deserve!

All I can tell you is that I live in Chicago, and Chicago cops are legendary for cracking skulls. You just don't mess with them or get smart with them. I can't even tell you the number of times since I was a kid that I witnessed a Chicago cop smack someone. To be honest, it never bothers me when I see it. Maybe its because I just grew up seeing that and thought that it was normal because that's all I knew. Most of the time I'm happy that some punk ass is taking a beating....sorry it's not the answer you want to hear.
