Wow don't understand why you guys are so mad?

Cops are people. There are great ones, good ones, bad ones.

I understand that. Don't you guys? Honestly I'm just waiting for the pics from my friend, but I don't think you will believe me if I put them up??

Hmm.

What I'm wondering is why the Officer didn't arrest him for trespassing, and issue him a ticket for disobeying a police officer.

On top of that, like others have said, any half decent lawyer would be able to talk to the store management, get the video tapes, and have witnesses testify to the police brutality.

And if you're wearing Khakis, how are you getting gashes on your knees?

Shens-ational.

No sir. Well he was a foreign guy. But he had been repeatedly rude to me, so I finally snapped. I guess he took it upon himself to screw me over or something?

In Maryland you can refuse ANYONE anything base upon this rule according to other officers I spoke with.

So first you only called him a jerk and then said BS, and now you snapped on him?

Um because I hit the ground with a 135 pound police officer on my back and a 210 pound fatass officer on my back?

DUDE. that hurts.

Meh it was always two, the second only joined in afterwards so I don't want to implicate her in police brutality because it might ruin her career or something.

We've GOT to hear the EXACT conversation, verbatim. You know? I said this, then he said that. The ENTIRE conversation. It's very apparent you already know it won't sound good on your part, right?

I wasn't saying anything political. The clerk at a Shoppers Food Warehouse was repeatedly rude to me. I called him a jerk. He refused to sell anything to me (apparently its legal here). I call BS. He calls police. Policewoman gets their side of the story (I was on the other side of the room) then comes over and just tells me rudely to get out. I politely argue with her telling her my side of my story. She gets hysterical and just keeps saying get out. After a minute I listen to her and leave, then she says stop, obviously fvcking with me. Knocks me to the ground from behind. I didn't know what happened I unconciously tried to get up. She pulls my hair throws me to the ground again a couple times on the concrete then handcuffs me. Takes me home in car with my car still in the lot. I say this is illegal. She says what you gonna say? A couple of girls beat you up? I say first of all I'm not gonna hit a woman second of all not a police officer.

So I guess there was one small woman, and one 210lb fatass woman?

What prompted the beating?

seriously

There was no 'beating'...from his injury description, he hit the ground and was cuffed tightly.

So stitches and large gashes are normal for that kind of thing?

I'm very disappointed though - injuries include large scrapes/gashes on both knees, bruise on head, stiches on hand, and handcuff cuts.

So after they took you down, they flipped you over and beat your knees and forehead?

Dude I'm sorry you had problems with the cops, but it is over and done with now. Just remember in the future that stores are private property and they can dictate who they sell stuff to, and who they will allow on their property. The cop probably shouldn't have threw you to the floor and all that other stuff, but they make quick snap decisions and know that they can use force if they need to. So know in the future that the police can and will use force if they "think" that it is appropriate.

Ok from the beginning.

Same clerk a few weeks ago denied both my friend and I alcohol. It was his bday party. We were both above 21 and completely sober.

He says are you drunk? We are like... what??? Then he says I'm not gonna sell the alchohol to you.

This happened a couple of different times, I ignored them all and left without saying much at all.

The last time he said hey.. you're the drunk guy!!!

That just pissed me off. I'm never drunk on the job. Thats BS. I was there at 12 PM getting FOOD. So I called him a jerk. Its pretty obvious this guy had it out for me.

I fell on concrete with 300 + pounds on my back what do you expect?

A small paper cut?
