Yeah, thanks for pointing that out, the most embarrasing thing is spelling, i like it being pointed out. It's because i type too fast and don't think about it.

Anyways, let me put it this way.
If she had other options that didn't involve force, she should be fired asap.
If she had to do what she did, she should stay.

The way it's told, which is the only way we know it, it seems like she used excessive force that wasn't necesarry.

Btw, the racism word is used because it's the word that best describes what he's being put through.
There's no difference between saying "He's left wing so he probably deserved it" and saying "He's black so he probably deserved it". And since the word racism itself doesn't make any sense, i adapted it to use in this situation.

1) He doesn't use logic or rationale when arguing
2) He's an e-toughguy
3) He complains about police brutality when doing the following
a. Trespassing (illegal)
b. Harassing a store employee
c. Disobeying a direct police order several times (illegal and ticketable for each instance)
d. Disturbing the peace/disorderly conduct
e. Attempting to resist when being subdued after disobeying a direct police order

The only "politically racist" person in this thread is you.

Trespassing and resisting arrest are minor laws? Especially considering you can be shot for trespassing in certain states, I'd rethink those statements.

What's he's doing is basic human nature that anyone not beaten as a kid (ie. not being an underdog that caves in but defining yourself) would do.
The guy harassed him several times, he told him to leave, he thought that was unfair or didn't heed the warning properly. Tried to talk sense into the police officer because he felt it was unfair ( he ofcoruse failed to realize that this was private property, as i would do because it's still public space where people can enter and leave at their own behest).
Resisting arrest doesn't make sense, as she yelled stop and knocked him to the ground, he didn't say he kept going.

She used unnessecary force where she just could've grabbed hold of him instead of beating him to the ground like she did. She should be kicked out before she could have a chance to breathe.

Okay, geez, forget I said anything about a crobar and it would just be trespassing. It would still be considerably more serious than what Proletariat claims to have been doing. As Proletariat said, he was tackled to the ground and reflexively started getting back up. The cop didn't say "you're under arrest", she told him to stop and then hit him from behind. As Proletariat tells it (which is all we're really fit to discuss, whether you trust him or not), this is a clear case of police brutality.

It has been my experience that no matter the size or population of the town the cops go on powertrips and like to throw their weight around.

I volunteer in a college town for the Ambulance service, every weekend i see kids beaten the ****** out of by cops for "resisting arrest". The second a call comes in half the force is blazing their lights and speeding across town. Any chance they get to play big bad cop they take. Once watched a kid get maced then thrown to the ground and beaten with a stick for nothing more then jumping the fence when our football team beat our big rivals. Should mention that the entire stadium jumped the fence, this kid was just one of the more unlucky ones.

I have also noticed that female cops take extra pride in beating around people when they can mostly to show they can run with the big guys. I go to a big well known university... and i doubt this is the only place it happens. Younger cops are the worst and we have them in excess.

I sympathize with you... there are a lot of dicks out there. Give one a badge and a gun and they become complete fu-ck heads.

Look, genius, all she knew about this guy at the time was that he was a law-breaker. How many laws does this guy feel don't apply to him? Maybe he's gonna grab something and throw it at the clerk? Who knows, he'll probably do nothing, but he's demonstrated contempt and disregard for the laws of the land and civil authorities, so he doesn't get the benefit of the doubt.
