Ah, okay. Thanks for the info.There wasn't an APB because it probably came across the Ferguson PD dispatch channel and not the one in the link which is St. Louis (County?) PD. They're receiving requests from Ferguson for assistance with crowd control at the shooting of Brown, Canfield and Coppercreek.
Still, I'm guessing that since the County dispatcher used "larceny", that was how Ferguson relayed it to them. And I'm further guessing that means no APB from the Ferguson dispatcher, as that seems unlikely to me given the term. "Larceny" could essentially be shoplifting. That said, it's possible that there was an APB for Brown across the Ferguson channel; I just don't think it's likely given that the chief didn't mention it and the clerk didn't even bother to call the cops at the time.
