It wasn't a peaceful protest when mainly black people took a knee during the national anthem because it upset white sensibilities
You have asked multiple times in this thread for people what is acceptable form of protest and it's amusing how they still haven't answered you.

I mean it's obvious why they haven't answered you but still amusing.

Oh and this seems relevant.

Peaceful protesting isn't....

1) Being out past a mandated curfew
2) Not having permits in place to do the protest
3) Shutting down streets, roads, traffic is 100% illegal in and of itself.
4) Committing violent acts against people
5) Committing robbery and/or arson to businesses, homes, cars, and police property
6) Throwing items such as Molotov cocktails, bricks, etc... at individuals, police, and property
6) A large chunk of your "protesters" (over 50% - but really 100% with Item #1) are committing 1-6 and you allow them to blend into the crowd and shield them from being pursued. All 6 of the items I mentioned above are illegal and can be charged to the rioters if the police opt to. There are probably many others that I'm not accounting for as well.
1). It is undetermined if it is violating your constitutional rights instituting a curfew for protestors as it has never been ruled on. Specially when some of these curfews have been placed prior to any rioting or damage has taken place. But you are welcome to show us where it states in the constitution that protests can only happen between certain hours of the day
2) it is illegal to require permits for a protests
3) it is illegal to block streets, however this is a weak argument.
4+). These are actions of rioters, not the protestors. You cannot combine them as they are not one and the same. In most instances, it is outside groups with their only reason for being there is to cause violence and destruction regardless of the protests cause.

You're right. Everytime we had change this in this country it occurred because people did things exactly in the way those in power wanted them to do it.

I mean history is super clear that when the Boston tea party occurred they got permits to stay out past curfew and had pre purchased and paid full taxes on all the tea they tossed in a purely symbolic showing which had been pre approved and fully rubber stamped by the british.

This is interesting. I will admit that I have definitely changed my position somewhat on this. I would like to point out that the "until we see more video" crowd now has a data point to justify that statement. And of course, that is all they need. Just. One. Data. Point.

Most of the videos I saw sucked and this seems to be the best. I ignored the reporting and watched the video (a few times so I could ignore the narrator and comment boxes since they are clearly part of a defense but it is a sad commentary on our society and the legal process nonetheless).

I think a dumb kid doing dumb stuff will likely be cleared of murder under some sort of self-defense type argument. I am not sure how this pans out when a bunch of knuckle heads are running around with pistols and rifles arguing about shit and doing stupid crap.

The kid should not have been there breaking the assorted laws associated with gun ownership, the first victim should not have been tough-guy macho and started shit with a dude holding a gun, and the mob should not have chased down a guy who just shot someone 4 times. This is one fucked up situation. So many chances to have three people not dead (though Rosenbaugm seemed destined to lead a short life in my opinion).

Kudos to his defense team for finding the video I guess. It will prove compelling I think.

I disagree. Doing stupid illegal shit with a gun should nullify a self defense argument. He had to defend himself because he was doing something illegal.

lol.

Self-defense is a "by any means necessary" argument. You will get nowhere with that kind of defense of "Well, he shouldn't have had the gun so he shouldn't have been able to defend himself"

Yeah sorry, the world doesn't work that way because the world isn't moronic.

I think some states even have laws specifically mandating harder sentences and extra charges for having a gun while doing another crime.

If the terrorist piece of shit (which is how right wingers have described protestors) hadn't been out being a terrorist and piece of shit, those people would not have been harmed. Hell he would not have been in danger himself if he wasn't there specifically looking to be a terrorist.

No it is not. You can't cause the reason you have to defend yourself.
He caused the reason he had to defend himself.
And, you are wrong about the last bit too, the world is quite moronic.

LOL @ how the video labels the 2 other guys by their history of crime, as if that had any relevance to what happened that night.

Yeh, the guy who took 7 in the back at point blank range doesn't matter any more. It's all about that poor persecuted Rittenhouse boy who was just defending himself. That selfless child put himself out there to defend property rights against hordes of rabid antifas. He's the Hero.

Quoting this for the hilarity of anyone that would retweet anything by Crump.

So turns out the car wasn't his. The kids weren't his. He stole the keys from the woman he had already assaulted once and was trying to drive off with her car and her kids.

Oopsies... He was armed the entire time as the knife wasn't her knife that was in the floorboard as he was swinging it to get the police to back off. He showed up to this ladies residence, who he had raped before and had an arrest warrant out for him, and the police were trying to prevent an armed man from driving off with a car full of kids as hostages.

So much for the lies spread by Crump, BLM, and the media on this story. Don't let little things like lies stand in the way of more lies for people to use as an excuse to riot and destroy the lives of others.

The only thing I was doing is laughing at your ass and most of the people on this forum who believes the same guys for 8 years after he's been caught time and time again lying as a racebaiter. As long as people are willing to donate millions to his go fund me to make a dog and pony show he is going to continue it for a long time.

If you say so, you obviously know him better than I. I may have fell for his "confirmed' tweet, I honestly don't know.

What else is clear, of course, is your posting history here. I think that speaks clearly enough for itself.

Of being right? Because that is all I've been here. You may not like it, but can't change the fact you like being duped all the time either.
