I know that in Missouri, logrolling is unconstitutional, period. I was reading an article this morning where a US Senator is BRAGGING about logrolling ANWR in the Katrina relief bill. Fvcking pr1ck.

Then again, I hope both bills die a horrible death, so maybe this will work out for the best.

Anyway, is this illegal on the national level? I assume not from this guy's statement, but it still makes me sick.

It's basically what Tookie Williams took to the street. It's want we call team work or the power of cooperation. It's like insider trading and collusion. There is only so much pie at any given moment and the pie knife is heavy to lift. The way you play is to become a heavy lifter.

Perhaps in a galaxy far far away there are people with keys to the vast universe who own all that they see and out of their infinite wealth act on behalf of their holdings. For such fortunate folk as these the law might be "Thy will be done here as in Heaven." Imagine such wealth as to want nothing. Such a life would be totally empty and worthless to live except for one last pleasure, the infinite joy that returns when you give.

I had heard yesterday that it got rolled into a military funding bill. Where did you hear it was a Katrina relief bill?
