Out of curiosity, how is Victoria accredited? I don't see any engineering program of theirs accredited on abet.org (http://www.abet.org/accredited_programs/engineering/schoolall.asp) All the others listed here are, however.

ABET isn't only for U.S. schools, although it seems that mainly American schools apply for it. So I'm guessing ABET isn't the norm for other International universities.

In Canada, we are acredited through APEG organizations, which is the norm around the world (except of course the US). The problem the with APEG organizations is that they're all different, even between provinces. It still takes us another 4 years of experience, and some more testing to receive a PEng, at which point we can finally legally call ourselves an engineer.

Accredited? I'm not sure what that means... I think I went to some decent schools and they're on that list. No one has ever asked if my degrees are accredited.

How about another option for Accredited Degree, but NOT ENGINEERING?
