Negatory. I am not, never have been, and never will be a console gamer.

I already have a gaming system for grown-ups called a PC.
Although I agree and am in the same boat, isn't that statement a bit contradictory?Originally posted by: Electric Amish

I don't understand this mentality, as once you have a computer up and running good, you can do exactly that with it - flip it on, launch a game, and go. The only times it requires "tinkering" and messing with it is when you're upgrading, which should be a pretty isolated event, and when problems occur, which also hopefully is pretty rare. Not like problems DON'T happen with consoles, especially the more modern ones.Originally posted by: trmiv

Actually the older I've gotten (31 next month ) the more I've gravitated towards consoles, because I've lost my desire to tinker with PC's just for games. Unlike when I was younger and had time to mess with computers, now I just want something I can flip on and play a game when I get some free time.

Sports games suck on PC. I guess if you don't like sports games the PC will do the trick though.
Oh, and I'll probably buy a Wii but already have a 360. Might want to add that to your poll for more accurate results by the way (since some people may be viewing this as a popularity contest ). Buying Wii/PS3 already have 360 or something like that.
