There's a little article on PC Power and Cooling's website about how modular PSU's suck. I think it says that they provide less power or something, and that the connectors break off very easily. Anyways, in terms of quality, PC P&C owns all. Fortron/Sparkle PSu's are better quality than Antecs and usually cost about the same, so I don't know why people are recommending Antec... Seasonics are silent and efficient, but they're kinda pricey, although its power saving on the electric bill will probably pay for itself. Enermax makes some quality models at a pretty good price too. So generally, I would recommend Fortron/Sparkle, Seasonic, and Enermax for the average user.
EDIT: Oh btw, in your poll, you have Sparkle and Fortron, but they're made by the same manufacturer (FSP Group).
