Tom's not biased. that's stupid. Tom is pissed that he pointed out an Intel CPU was not stable, and Intel tried a stonewall on him. Tom was right and it caused a big fuss in the industry. his integrity is also affronted by an Intel which prices its processors higher for a performance that does not reflect the price difference in any way.
basically Tom isn't biased, he just has a not inconsiderable ego that gets affronted too. what did Tom say that was wrong exactly? that AMD chips are king of price-performance? that AMD boards allow finer overclocking possibilities?
my complaint is mainly that the site takes too long to load, and the search function is useless. the forums are even worse. as for the detail of his reviews and his scientific method, I place that above Anandtech level.
