Of coarse it can change to love, but I wouldn't call it love at that first moment you see each other.

Sure, it can be love at first sight... if you're a really shallow person it can be... otherwise, as the other posts have stated, it's merely lust... until you get to know the person better and you are more aware of what you are committing yourself to, then you can call it love.

Still... the term is quite trite... I hear it being used everywhere, usually by guys who just seem to be the type who wouldn't understand what &quot;love @ first sight really means&quot; hehe

Right on the money with that.

Well I think you can tell pretty quick if that's the one for you, you can't be truly in love without the person even having said anything, I mean you may want to run away as soon as they do, if all goes well than you could almost call it love at first sight.

well, actually, I fell in love with a girl on the east coast a few years ago. I'd never seen her until December of last year and I still loved her then -so, yes, I do believe in love at first sight. P)
