I doubt Biggie ever taught you anything about the benefits of oral hygienge. You lose.

I floss about twice a week - and on days where a sizable food particle gets stuck.
I used to hate flossing and didn't do it for years. My mouth is far too small for my teeth, and after years of orthotontic work, they have been squeezed VERY tightly together to fit in as many teeth as possible (some still needed to be removed). So with the teeth so close, I couldn't get floss them - waxed floss or not. If I really tried it would take so much force that if the floss actually made it between the teeth, it would come down so hard that I'd be in pain for weeks (and blood would gush everywhere). And even with that force, often the floss broke before it could make it between my teeth. (Yes I did do the back and forth sawing motion, it did not help). So of course I never flossed.
Then one day I went to the dentist and they showed me a new floss that was coming onto the market (it wasn't yet in stores where I lived). It was called Glide floss. That stuff worked wonders - it could get between my tight teeth with no pain and no bleeding. The dentist gave me lots of free samples to last until it was in stores. For a while it was expensive ($6 per pack where regular floss was ~$1). But the price has plummetted since then.
I'd definately recommend Glide to anyone who thinks flossing hurts - such as brunswickite. (I perfer the regular Glide not the Glide tape, but that is my personal preference).

nope, braces get in the way. I also *only* brush my teeth once a day. Why would you brush them in the morning, when you haven't eaten anything since the last time you brushed?
