I really don't care about baseball. But I just hate the fact that it's being virtually shoved down our throats with SO much of it being shown on TV. Every night on ESPN and Fox Sports they talk about almost nothing but baseball or there's a game on.

I think there should be a salary cap and some sort of revenue sharing so that the playing field can be leveled. Year after year there are only a handful of teams that can hope to make the playoffs and that sucks. Steroid testing should have ben in place years ago and every season that goes by where there is no control over it puts players lives at rish, no matter if it is their choice or not. It is such a competitive arena where players are looking for every single edge to make a name for themselves, get that higher salary and achieve financial stability for themselves and their family. I in no way approve drug use but I can understand the thinking behidn some players who use it. Get rid of Bud Selig. We have a commissioner who is talking about contracting teams but somehow looks over the team oened by his daughter which currently has the worst record in the league. Never mind that the two teams in question (Twins and Expos) are at or above .500 at the time of this posting.
I am done with this rant now. I love baseball and I always will. I am actually in favor of another labor stoppage, but only if the two sides can accomplish what needs to be done for the good of the game.
