C'mon, look at the hands in pic 3 and the feet in pic 1. Seem too large for a 'real' female (men's hands and feet are propotioned quite differently to females).
I'm going to guess 'shemale' - as in, 'female' now, wasn't born that way.
The lack of adam's apple and cheekbones are not valid considerations, as those are *very common* cosmetic alterations in such cases. The hips do definately look more female, and I am not aware of much work done to alter that (fairly significant structural elements), but it's possible he/she/it was born with proportionals already more feminine in that area and diet combined with the clothing choice and photo angles could well conceal otherwise obvious signs.
