MrPALCO,
Imagine that you, who believes in one single god, meets a Hindu, who believes in multiple gods. You start talking about some things. Then a third person, a Muslim, joins the conversation. Suddenly the topic becomes religious.
Gradually, the conversation turns into a discussion. Gradually the discussion turns into an argument. All three of you have some good arguments but these are quickly countered by the other two.
Why will this argument never be settled? All three of you are discussing something for which no one can ever find proof. It's all 100% hypothetical (IF there is a god/IF there are gods), so there are no limitations, no bounders formed by facts.
No one, not you, not the Hindu, not the Muslim, is right. No one, not you, not the Hindu, not the Muslim, is wrong.
