actually the charges story were pretty hilarious...

Here's the situation.. I'm in this small teeny room with the juvenile officer... my mother to my right.. my father to my left... sweat pouring down my face... the room is absolutely silent... the officer is reading my account of the situation, and her account of the situation.... all of a sudden the guy coughs a couple times... sits back.... scratches his head... and starts laughing.

He goes something like this &quot;ok... I've read both accounts... and this is probably one of the more ridiculous cases I've handled thus far... You are in no way at fault here... however, I also met with Ms. Bowser's (yes thats right her name was Bowser) mother... and frankly this woman scares the hell out of me... she's not going to settle for anything short of blood... so here's what we're going to do. That is just plain wrong, official or unofficial, that is wrong.
The moment someone, whether they have low flying balls or high flying ovaries takes a swing at you they should be dealt with accordingly...(we aren't talking abuse here, but mutual respect regardless of gender.)

The Prob Officer just gave that silly little cow a pat on the back for being a witch. The sooner young girls are taught that they can't get away with flying fists because boys dont hit girls the better.
I see too many little girls smacking their younger brothers and the parents saying ' Bobby dont his your sister' the boy responds ' But shes hitting me' the parents reply ' but shes a girl, and you dont hit girls'. I have always taught my son to walk away if possible but if someone is beating your arse, defend yourself, again, regardless of gender.
Damn that pisses me off, those are the twits that grow up to be little spoilt princesses..
btw my Daughter has also been taught that if she ever takes a swing at anyone she had best be prepared for the consequences of her actions.
