I think you mean in "American".
Usually English people seem to pronounce every number, like 1-9-2 or 1-1-8 (our directory enquiries) are pronounced one-nine-two and one-one-eight, or it would be called one hundred and fifty one. I don't know anyone who says "one-fifty one" or similar about anything. I'm English, I'm speaking from my personal experience.
