5'10" and between 160-165 lbs. In good shape (<8% body fat). I do want to try and either get back down to 155, or just keep the weight I have and get the bf % down to roughly 5% or so. Otherwise, benching twice my weight is gonna be a biznatch. Getting over 300 is a pain in the arse enough, adding another 20 to that is gonna end up killing me, I think. Blah.

This is a perfect example of why raw numbers are meaningless as to what a person looks like without seeing them in person.

Check out the above numbers, then, here are my numbers:

208 pounds
48" Chest
39" Waist
30-33" inseam depending on pant type
Size 10 shoe



So whats the catch?



Chaotic42 is 6" taller than I am. I am only 5'-8" yet our body measurements are very close, and our weight is very close.

I'm 5'6". My weight actually varies from 140-145. If I go up to 150, according to the US government I am overweight. I have a good deal of muscle over a small frame, which makes me weigh alot less than I look.

Muslce is denser than fat dumbass. So if you actually have a lot of muscle over a small frame, you'd way more than you look.
