It started with SA flooding the market but I think it has grown even out of their control. I saw an article not that long ago explaining how even they are in bad shape now.Walk right in, it's around the back, just a half a mile from the railroad track, and you can get anything you want at Russia Today!

You could argue that the Saudis are dumping oil to choke off ISIS' ability to self support and thereby maintain ISIS as a Saudi puppet but the Saudis seem to have set their sights on killing U.S. production above other factors. Our friends to the end.
