We are just a bunch of Neanderthals, running around the wilderness in our bare feet, wearing nothing but fig leaves, clubbing wild animals to death.

Usually 2 times, in the morning and before I go to bed. I also brush real fast if I'm going out anywhere.

once in the morning when i get up, since im still in school (night classes) after breakfast (don't want coffee stained teeth ya know), and before bedtime.

i also floss and use germ-killing listerine in the morning (im too tired to floss before bedtime) ..

plus do some tongue scraping action also to round out my regimen..

Usually 3 times a day. Over 3 decades old and still no cavities, so I must be doing something right. Anyone else over 30 with no cavities?

i normally use colgate baking soda whitening variety... but sometimes colgate total..

I also use mouthwash at night, it makes my tounge numb :Q
