My heart sank watching Biden walk out and I turned it off after a few minutes when he fell asleep mid sentence. Yea, that was a huge flub, probably worst one of the night and it happened at the beginning so a lot of people tuned out before Trump revealed that we did in fact have water from 2016 to 2020.
