why not. There is a difference between disapproving of something and hating people. I disapprove of individuals who keep their legs spread 24hrs a day so they get a bigger welfare check, doesnt mean I hate them. People disapprove of pre-marital sex, adultery, fornication, masturbation, BDSM. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, just don't hate.

Disapproving and hating are two different things.

You can disapprove of someone or something and not hate them.

I disapprove of what DonNiggera did in his thread, but I don't hate him for it. I don't even know him.

a. They don't make a pass at me

Sheesh, I work for a certain ResLife program at a certain University of California in SoCal, and since I said "I don't approve, but it's not my problem" as my stance on homosexuality, I got sent to West Hollywood to learn about the gay community.

Not to bash on any gays, but all the stereotypes that i've heard about on TV and from other sources were true. As I walked down Santa Monica Blvd... I got more distrubed, and I blew my hat when I walked past some bar, and there was a guy in a g-string on the bar... (runs away screaming)...

You guys need to understand something. You can call "us" anything you want - haters, homophobic, ignorant, stoneaged, blah blah blah - but you know what, that slides right off me. Why? Because it's utterly false. I'm not affraid of gay people, I don't hate them, and I'm not more ignorant than "you". I'm actually quite tolerant of gay people. I guess you guys just feel something special when you call people homophobic and hateful. How about the fact that "you" are some of the most hateful people I've ever met when it comes to people's beliefs.

You're of course, entitled to your opinion, as others here have said. And if someone else bashes you for your opinion, they're no better than you if you were to bash our opinions.

The only time it's wrong is when discrimination or crime comes into play. That's when I get pissed.

Funny, another example of this that comes to my mind is people's...hmm...shall I say "age preference" when it comes to sexual attraction. Personally, I think you're really weird if you get hard over little girls. But, I don't really care as long as you don't act on it.
