I'd add something here, as I'm usually won't to do in many threads.
But, in 73 years, I never had a homicidal thought about anyone until between November 2016 and January 2017. I have such thoughts daily. I go out on my patio and scream at Trump, space-alien Trumpers, cabinet members, degenerate GOP legislators.
Nothing I can add here is good for me, good for you, or in any way new.
Even so. There is a sieve of possible event sequences and outcomes. What happens if Trump succeeds in undermining the postal service, and undermining the election? What happens if he steals the election?
What are you -- we -- going to do then? Protest in Portland?! See -- I don't even believe that if he legitimately won re-election, that it's a basis for acceptance. This is a moral issue; the man is a criminal. So I don't care how many people choose to vote for him. They're not my fellow human beings, so their status as Americans in my eyes is disqualified. The only thing protecting them from me is the Rule of Law. And where is that going?
