These are simply pre-law degrees.
Which might explain why I have encountered so many stupid, clueless lawyers over the last few decades.
These are simply pre-law degrees.
One of my former students is majoring in film studies. Unless Siskel or Ebert die, I can't figure out what you would do with such a degree. "you'll study film history, theory, and criticism, as well as the basics of film production."
I love these threads. I doubled my income this year and am set to do the same this coming year. I'll be at 100k+ my 3rd year out of college. Majored in English and Political Science. Study what you want, then get out there and make it happen. Unless your an engineer. Then you sit at a desk and make what your boss tells you you're going to make and worry about getting outsourced to the infinitely more wise and infinitely cheaper Indians out there..
Liberal arts degrees are for the extremely wealth or the extremely stupid.
Yeah, somehow I don't believe you....
edit: Nice ninja edit BTW.
I got a degree in Philosophy, which was probably about the best degree I could have gotten for my field.

You and about 99.45% of all other people with 4 year degrees. *shrug*
I just saw that 3 people picked "My 4 year degree is more useless". Unless these 3 people all have a Bachelors of Stupidity, I don't see how that's possible.
Anyone?
What degree do I need to be a middle manager?
like my brother who got a geology degree when things turned for the worse and couldn't get into his chosen field at the time, ended up driving tour buses and dump trucks.
