I love the Intellimouse Explorer, but I'm on my second one and now this one is defective. The first one got a short in the chord from normal use (no pinching), and this one lost the ability to power down for standby mode (even after a reformat). This sucks, because without a car it is hard to return it. I also tossed the box and reciept since the warranty was for 5 years, and I figured I'd get something better before it wore out... WRONG!

Logitech cordless desktop all the way. Noting else for surfing or fragging on the TV screen.

Logitech is the good sh*t!

I've got a Logitech NewTouch Compact keybaord, that is 3 years old and is still as good as it was brand new (this is now my keyboard at work).

I've got a Logitech Cordless Freedom Pro (USB, Cordless, Natural) Keyboard at home.

I've had many logitech mice.

[*]First Mouse + or whatever...2 button + 1 wheel, awesome mouse, 3 years old and going strong (sold it to a friend who had a crappy mouse).
[*]MouseMan Wheel USB, awesome mouse. It's sitting in my closet collecting dust now because it's not worth much to sell, but it's an awesome mouse and still works perfectly, 2 years old
[*]MouseMan Wheel Cordless (came with the Cordless Freedom Pro kb), I've grown to dislike the shape of the MouseMan for extended use, but it's handy to have a cordless mouse at time.
[*]Wheel Mouse Optical, this is my standard mouse that I use for most things.

2 keybaords and 4 mice all still working like the day they were born (manufactured)?

In my life I've also had the displeasure of using several microsoft mice, all of which broke...the new optical MS mice are nice enough, but the buttons feel a little mushy to me...the logitech mice have a much more solid click....

The MS keybaords are nice to, but I prefer my logitech.

Logitech all the way. I've had a bunch of Logitech's and they all rocked. Only reason I got so many is that they just came out with the opticals. Microsoft's feel great once you get them but, they wear out. Wish I had time to disown mine. They all died before I could.

Logitech Trackman Marble FX+. I love it, I'll never go back to mice again. When my MS natural (original) keyboard goes, it's going to be replaced by the logitech cordless desktop. Too bad they bundle the damn thing with a cordless mouse. The cord on my FX+ is plenty long enough for what I want to do.

Had a Logitech Mouseman Wheel until I got myself a Microsoft Intellimouse Optical. Really different feel, but both mice are great.

Logitech Ifeel Mouseman optical rocks! I wish it had another button though. I use the third button for 'close current application' and i want another for 'internet back'

'close current application' is more important than 'internet back' b/c some windows don't have the x in the corner of the screen and it's easier to click on a mouse button than it is to press ALT-F4 everytime.

All the stuff on my desk right now is logitech except for the MS strat. Commander. Cordless Pro Keyboard and Mouse, Wingman extreme digital Joystick and a spare 4 button Mouseman USB. Never had a single problem with any.

I purchased 4 logitech mice, 3 microsoft mice.

I ended up giving away one of the microsoft mice.

I still have 4 logitech mice in use. I only have 1 microsoft mouse in use. The other one is fine but was replaced at the desk, by preference with a logitech mouse.

I vote logitech.

Logitech for everything except game controllers.

Pity Logitech didn't have an ergonomic non wireless keyboard otherwise I would be using that right now. While the M$ is comfortable it does have quirks. eg the ctrl button doesn't work sometimes I really have to push hard on it.
